Found this wiki a week or so ago. Looks promising! I do have a few thoughts on how to keep things clear and consistent across events/weightclasses/shows/countries though. Sorry if I come across as a picky/self-gratified ass-hat but I want to make sure this is going to work before I invest time into it.

First off, I feel robots shouldn't be distinguished by the show they appear in because it might bring up consistency issues. Apart from the fact that there have been two diffrent live events companies under the name ''Robot Wars'' which are completely seperate to the show, many bots appear outside of their respective series and so shouldn't be defined by such an appearance, some have appeared in multiple different shows (e.g. Bigger Brother, KillerHurtz) and there are unrelated bots which have both appeared either in different versions of ''Robot Wars ''or, even more confusingly, in the same version of the show, like Manta (one for Robot Wars live, one for the show) or Mammoth (two different bots, both for the show). Similarly, unrelated robots with the same name have appeared in different weightclasses at the live events (e.g. Earthquake) so again, they can't be seperated by event appearance. It might not look sleek but I reckon the most consistent way to distinguish bots is by a combination of weightclass and nation (e.g. Manta (UK HW), Manta (US HW), Splinter (UK HW), Splinter (UK FW) etc, original in each case) since very rarely are there two unrelated robots in the same country in the same weightclass. Alternatively, define them by year built, since I can't think of any robots with the same name both built in the same year, though that would require a little prior knowledge of a robot's history. It might be worth defining teams by country as well, when we get there.

Second, robot history. I assume we're only including major championships (i.e. national championships, RoboGames, televised competitions etc).
Second, robot history. Again this can't really be organised by series (for obvious reasons) and with some robots entering a great number of live events (e.g. Behemoth) going by those doesn't really work either, unless you want to end up with 200+ sections in your article. I would say organising robot history by year, with only major events described in full, would work best across the board. It would also allow for brief summaries of performance at minor events in a given year, as well as notable improvements/changes to the machine which could reference more expanded explanations in a Robot Design or Versions Of section.

Something may be worked out with infoboxes too but that can come later and doesn't really matter for now. I have reservations about the wiki name as well (it's quite long to type and doesn't focus on combat robots) but it might be a little late to change that.
Third, results tables. Since some robots have been entered into so many events, it might make sense to simply state how far a robot got in a given event, rather than listing every battle. This would also make it easier to provide such a table for events with very different structures. Every major event from BattleBots to Robotica to TechnoGames has 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Round 2 and so on, even if the rounds sometimes go by different names.

Other than that, looking good and keep it up!

Thoughts on making things consistent
