Stewie was a Middleweight robot that competed at the 2007 BattleBots Java One event. It was a two wheeled, Silver, invertible robot armed with a very powerful spinning drum. However despite this powerful weaponry Stewie performed poorly in the event, losing its only fight to Slasher. Stewie was built by Greg Gibson who also built ABC Season 2 Semifinalist Yeti, as well as two robots that competed in Season 5.0: middleweight Blue Steel, and superheavyweight Little Pink Butterfly of Doom, both of which also lost their only fights. Stewie would have much better success outside BattleBots, winning multiple championships at other events.
